Tichelle Santos became part of the Adam’s Insurance team in 2026. She values clear, thoughtful communication and believes people feel most comfortable when they know they’ve been heard. Tichelle enjoys getting to know others, listening carefully to their questions, and explaining information in a way that feels easy to understand. She brings a warm, approachable presence to every conversation and takes pride in following through on the details.

Outside of work, Tichelle is a proud mom to her young son. As a football and baseball mom, she loves cheering him on from the sidelines and celebrating his accomplishments. She also enjoys traveling and exploring Houston, from trying new restaurants to finding fun places to visit with her son. Whether she’s meeting someone new or spending time with family, Tichelle values meaningful connections and the chance to make someone’s day a little easier.
