Brittany joined the Adams Insurance team as Controller, bringing years of experience leading accounting, finance, and operational strategy for large multi-entity organizations. Throughout her career, she has managed complex financial operations, developed scalable processes, and implemented technology solutions that bridge the gap between accounting and business strategy. She has a passion for transforming data into meaningful insights and believes that the best financial decisions are built on both strong relationships and strong systems.

 

Born and raised in Washington State, Brittany made the move to Texas at sixteen years old and quickly fell in love with the Western way of life. Her first home in Texas was Bandera ("the Cowboy Capital of the

World") and that small town spirit of hard work, faith, family, and community has stayed with her ever since.

 

While Brittany enjoys numbers and technology during the workday, her favorite role is being surrounded by her family at home. She and her husband, Valentin, are raising their son, Gianni, alongside three wonderful stepsons, making for a house that is rarely quiet and always full of life. They also share their home with an adult nephew, and Brittany treasures every opportunity to support and care for the people she loves.

 

Her family wouldn't be complete without their three French Bulldogs, especially Mia, the only other girl in a household full of boys.

Whether she's chasing after dogs, cheering on the kids, or enjoying a little peace on the porch, Brittany believes the best moments are the ones spent together.

 

Outside the office, Brittany's competitive nature is impossible to miss. She loves bowling, golfing, camping, and anything that brings a little friendly competition. When the weekend rolls around, you'll usually find her firing up the grill, cooking for family and friends, and enjoying time outdoors with the people who matter most.

 

Above all else, Brittany's faith in the Lord is the foundation of everything she does. She believes in serving others with integrity, working hard, and treating every client and coworker with honesty and respect. Whether she's helping strengthen a company's financial future or hosting a backyard barbecue, Brittany approaches life with gratitude, determination, and a genuine love for bringing people together.
