VP of Risk Management & Claims

Faith G. Boren is the Vice President of Risk Management at Adams Insurance, bringing nearly two decades of expertise in safety, compliance, and risk reduction strategies. Since 2007, she has provided risk management services across Texas, partnering with businesses in both construction and general industry to deliver tailored safety consultations, training programs, and regulatory guidance.

An authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer, Faith conducts training in both English and Spanish, helping employers and employees alike understand and apply safety practices effectively. Her ability to deliver clear, culturally relevant trainings has made her a trusted resource for diverse workforces across the state.

Her professional career began in claims adjusting, where she spent 14 years handling property and casualty claims – experience that gives her a unique, practical perspective on loss prevention.

Faith holds a BBA in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Memphis and has worked with multiple leading insurance carriers, developing a reputation for blending technical expertise with a client-centered approach. Her mission is simple: to help organizations protect their people, property, and bottom line.

Faith serves as a board member for Independent Insurance Association of Houston (IIAH). The mission of the IIAH is to further the success of independent insurance agents in the Houston area through education, advocacy, networking, and community service. She is proud to tell everyone that insurance is a great career and to be actively supporting the industry in this organization.

Faith is married to her husband Cody Boren. They have three school age children who attend elementary, middle, and high school in SBISD. The kids’ schools, sports, and extracurricular activities keep them busy! The Borens are active members of St. John Vianney Catholic Church in Houston.
