Cristan joined the Adams team in February 2018 with over a decade of experience on the Broker side of group health benefits. She is an ambitious and driven individual, constantly setting goals to achieve greatness. She has been on both sides of health insurance, although it has changed a great deal, working in two doctor’s offices prior to moving into insurance.

Cristan was born in West Texas but raised in Houston since the age of two. She values her family above all else.

She married her soul mate and best friend, Marc. She is a proud mother to a bright and energetic 6-year-old, whose curiosity and joy bring daily inspiration. She also feels deeply fortunate to have an incredibly talented stepdaughter – a Baylor graduate now pursuing her Master’s in fashion design and business in Italy – whose presence has enriched her life in countless ways. She also loves spoiling her dog, Zoe!

Outside the office, she’s a passionate supporter of the Houston Astros and Houston Texans. She enjoys watching movies, cherishing family time around the city, and going on memorable vacations.
